Alyssa Young earns Cal Lutheran graduate degree

Alyssa Young of Thousand Oaks received a Master of Education degree in teacher leadership from California Lutheran University in May.

Young was eligible to participate in the 2014 Graduate Commencement Ceremony on May 16.

Cal Lutheran is a selective university based in Thousand Oaks, with additional centers in Oxnard, Woodland Hills, Santa Maria and Berkeley. With an enrollment of about 4,300 students, Cal Lutheran offers undergraduate and graduate programs within the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Management, Graduate School of Education, Graduate School of Psychology and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary.
